How It Works

  2. Review and sign the authorization & release form
  3. Upload required supporting documents (photo ID, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)
  4. Pay the non-refundable $20 application fee via PayPal
  5. Submit — your application is sent directly to JR Properties

Residential income requirements

Applicants must earn at least 4× the annual rent.

Guarantors must earn at least 8× the annual rent.

A guarantor is required for all residential applicants.

Application fees

$20 per applicant • $20 per guarantor

Applicant and guarantor submit separate applications.
